Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Services

Zeyvera provides operational documentation and continuity deliverables (e.g., SOPs, role cards, evidence and gaps tables, and executive risk snapshots) based on information and documents provided by the client.

2. No Professional Advice

Deliverables are informational and operational in nature. They are not legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice for your situation.

3. Client Responsibilities

4. Confidentiality

Zeyvera will treat client-provided materials as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as required to deliver the service (for example, secure storage providers) or as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual license to use the deliverables internally within your organization. Zeyvera retains rights to generic templates, frameworks, and methodologies not specific to your confidential information.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are specified in your proposal or invoice. Due to the customized nature of documentation work, refunds are generally not available once work has started, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeyvera will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Zeyvera’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
