Those providers only receive what’s necessary to perform their service.

We retain client materials only as long as needed to deliver services and support reasonable follow-up, unless a longer
retention period is required by law or agreed in writing.

We take reasonable steps to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure,
and you acknowledge this risk.
6. Your choices
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual constraints.
- You can choose what you provide—if something isn’t provided, it may be marked “Not documented.”
